The next day, we will begin from Phakding (2,650 m/ 8,562 ft) and head to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,285 ft). After completing the accumulation time in Namche, you will go to Tengboche. The Everest Panorama Trek gets us to Tengboche, or we could say it is the end of our Everest Panorama Trek. From here, you will return to Namche Bazaar, then to Lukla, and finally to Kathmandu.

  • DAY O1

    ARRIVAL KTM

    The journey begins when you arrive in Kathmandu. Our friendly team will greet you at the airport and accompany you to your hotel. Use this day to adjust to your new surroundings, enjoy the flavors of Nepalese cuisine, and prepare for your upcoming trekking adventure.

    We invite you to join us for a welcome supper in the evening, where you can try a range of traditional Nepalese dishes. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet other trekkers and share your enthusiasm for the upcoming adventure. Our experts will also be on hand to answer any questions or address any concerns, ensuring you are well-prepared for the trip.

  • DAY O2

    Flight from Kathmandu (1,400 m / 4,593 ft) to Lukla (2,850m/9,350 ft) Trek to Phakding ( 2650 m/ 8562 ft )

    You’ll be flying to Lukla Airport from Kathmandu. The flight will take about 40 minutes. During the flight, you’ll be treated to beautiful mountain vistas. Trekkers also spend every minute exploring Khumbu’s naturally beautiful region.Any passenger travelling over the Everest region anticipates the beauty that will be visible from the plane. The flight from Lukla airport is stunning, with ever-changing vistas and bright valleys. Seeing dazzling glaciers and magnificent snow peaks tempts passengers on the journey.

    Our guide will accompany you from the airport in Lukla to start your first hiking trip in east Nepal. Today’s journey begins with a drop at Chaurikharka, followed by a climb to Phakding village. The trip to Pakhding will take approximately 3-4 hours.

    Note: Please be aware that during peak season, flights to Lukla are rerouted to Manthali Airport near Ramechhap due to excessive congestion and limited capacity at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport.

    This adjustment is intended to manage the rise in flying demand while improving operational efficiency for trekkers travelling to Lukla. Travelers are advised to drive from Kathmandu to Manthali Airport to catch their flight to Lukla.

  • DAY 03

    Trek from Phakding ( 2,650 m/ 8,562 ft ) to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,285 ft)

    • Trek Distance: Phakding – Namche (8km)
    • Highest Altitude: Namche Bazar (3440m/11283ft)
    • Trek Duration: 5-6 hours.
    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    You will receive a fantastic breakfast, which will fill your tomb to accomplish the whole walk without being exhausted. Our trip has several phases still to charm us, and you will now wake up to the Himalayan Alpine feeling like you are close to the beauty of nature.

    After entering the village of Benkar, we continue our journey and enjoy the stunning picturesque view of Mt. Thamserku. Next, trekkers must cross a multi-times high-suspension bridge over the milky white Dudh Koshi River. Finally, we’ll arrive at the entrance of the Sagarmatha National Park, where you’ll have to check your trekking permits.

  • DAY 04

    Rest day to acclimatize at Namche Bazaar

    Today is an acclimatization day, so there will be no long-distance trekking stress. You won’t be going on a long hike or even making it to your next destination that day.

    Many hikers are susceptible to acute mountain sickness at higher elevations, so acclimatization is crucial.

    You can visit the villages and mingle with the residents after tracing your route back to town. Everest Panorama trek may provide you with valuable insight into the Sherpa culture and ideals.

    Meanwhile, we can hike in Thame or Khunde to view the local communities and natural surroundings. Namche Bazaar is the main town in the Everest (Khumbu) region. In Namche Bazaar, you’ll spend some time interacting with the friendly Sherpa and Rai.

  • DAY 05

    Trek from Namche (3,440m/11,285 ft) to Tengboche (3,855m/12,850ft)

    • Trek Distance: Namche to Tengboche (5.9km)
    • Highest Altitude: Tengboche (3860m /122664.02ft)
    • Trek Duration: 4-5 hrs
    • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    Travellers will be served a delicious breakfast and then head to the Tengboche. Tengboche is the spot where the Everest Panorama Trek leads you. Today, you will be walking for around 4-5 hrs. to reach Tengboche. Today’s somewhat flat path will lead us to see incredible views ofEverest,Nuptse,Lhotse,Ama Dablam,and Thamserku, Khantega.

    Before arriving in the settlement, the journey passes through several short and steep hills. You’ll come upon a couple of monasteries along the way that are just stunning.

    Today, you will get a chance to see the Tengboche Monastery. Tengboche’s Monastery reflects Tibetan art and culture and is one of the city’s main attractions.

    You will stay overnight in the Tengboche.

  • DAY 06

    Trek from Tengboche (3,855 m/12,850 ft) to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/11,285 ft)

    • Trek Distance :Tengboche – Namche (5.9km)
    • Highest Altitude :(3440m /11285ft)
    • Trek Duration :4-5 hrs. 
    • Meals :Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    After breakfast, you will be returning to the Namche from Tengboche early in the morning. From Tengboche, you will be returning to the Namche. A walk of four to five hours will lead you to the Namche Bazar. You drop to the Dudh Koshi on the steep hill and then climb up to Namche Bazaar.

    While returning to Namche, you will get a chance to hike the beautiful route of a trek from Tengboche to the Namche.

    You will stay overnight in the Namche.

  • DAY 07

    Trek from Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,285 ft) to Lukla 2,850 m/9,350 ft)

    • Trek Distance :Namche to Lukla (13.5km)
    • Highest Altitude :Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,285 ft)
    • Trek Duration :6-7 hrs.
    • Meals :Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

    Following breakfast, you’ll visit the Hillary Suspension Bridge and a few nearby villages. You’ll go through the Sagarmatha National Park, which is famed for its stunning beauty.

    While taking in some of the last vistas of the snowcapped mountains, we travel through several wooded walks with rhododendrons and pine trees covering vast regions.

    When you get to Lukla, you stay in a modest lodge for the night and spend the rest of your time enjoying local cuisine. Lukla is the point where the journey comes to a close.

  • DAY 08

    Fly back to Kathmandu (1,400m / 4,593 ft) from Lukla (2,850m/9,350 ft)

    • Trek Duration :Kathmandu to Lukla (40- minutes flights) 
    • Meals :Dinner

    You’ll be flying back to Kathmandu today from Lukla. Before the departing flight, our agent will transport you to the Lukla airport once more.
